Ulteig places a large emphasis on education. We have education outreach efforts in our communities that begin at the elementary school level and extend through our partnerships with colleges and universities, and related student organizations, in our geographic footprint. Every year we hire talented interns, co-op students and graduating students from many colleges and universities. We offer a great opportunity to add to your professional resume with experience from a well-respected engineering consulting firm.
INTERNSHIPS AND CO-OPS
Ulteig believes internships and co-op assignments play a critical role in developing our next generation of talent. Students get the chance to work on real projects, learn about our industry and work for a consulting firm. Each student is paired with a designated engineer mentor to help put education into practice on actual engineering projects . Ulteig gets the opportunity to utilize a talented and eager student to add value to our team. Many students receive full time offers to join the Ulteig team before their internship ends.
If your campus is not listed below, please apply online for consideration for full-time, co-op and intern opportunities that are posted primarily in the fall. Internships typically begin in the summer months, and may extend part-time during the school year. Co-op opportunities usually run from June through December.
Many of our interns become full-time hires upon graduation. We typically make offers to students shortly after the end of their internship or co-op experience at Ulteig. We also pursue talented graduating seniors mainly during the fall to join our team, even if you have not previously joined us as an intern or co-op but are interested in any of our full-time opportunities at our various locations, please feel free to apply.
