Since 2010, Ulteig became increasingly involved with complex multi-discipline renewable projects. Dedicated project management was a conceived solution for this more complex work. The core focus of the project managers was scope and budget management and project schedule coordination. With initial success, a formal Project Management Department became part of Ulteig’s 2012 strategic plan.
