As the chief marketing and sales officer, Kelly develops and implements marketing, communication and sales strategies. With the evolving Lifeline Sectors® (power, renewables, water, transportation and gas/oil), Kelly’s focus is on listening to clients and employees while keeping a watchful eye on evolving technology and regulation. As Kelly offers, “Our commitment to our clients is paramount. Anticipating market changes and client needs is as important to delivering relevant engineering solutions today and into the future.” Kelly has a BA in Quantitative Methods from the University of St. Thomas, and MPA coursework from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs – University of Minnesota and an MBA in Marketing Management from the Carlson School of Management – University of Minnesota.
