Ulteig Promotes Steve Maag

Ulteig Chief Financial Officer Steve Maag has been promoted to Executive Vice President. In this new role he will be charged with ensuring the financial stability of the company and will report directly to Ulteig President and CEO Eric J. Michel.
Maag, a Certified Public Accountant, joined Ulteig in 2008 as a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He has more than 25 years of proven financial leadership and public accounting experience as an owner and President of Giddings & Associates, Ltd in Fargo and CFO for Builders Supply Company, Vanity Stores, and Diagnostic Medical Systems.
Maag works at the company’s Fargo headquarters location.
