Ulteig Hires Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Ulteig has hired Charles Inokon as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. He will lead the company’s legal department and will be responsible for ensuring the successful creation and execution of enterprise-level legal strategies that will create substantial value for the company and manage the legal risks associated with Ulteig’s business operations.
Inokon previously served as Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for U.S. Foodservice, a national food service distributor with 60 distribution centers across the country and more than 26,000 employees. He managed the legal affairs for various business units, including sales and marketing, real estate, accounting, human resources, treasury and information systems. He played a lead role in achieving $2 billion in revenue for the company while saving $100 million in expenses.
Prior to U.S. Foodservice, Inokon was an associate in the Washington, D.C., offices of DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary and White & Case LLP.
Inokon received his juris doctor degree from Cornell Law School in Ithaca New York where he also served as editor for the Cornell Law Review. He will work at Ulteig’s headquarters in Fargo.
