The City of Fargo selected the team of Mutchler Bartram Architects and Ulteig Engineers to provide A/E services for the new Fargo Waste Transfer Station and Baling Facility.
Ulteig Engineers provided civil, electrical, mechanical, structural, and fire protection engineering services, as well as surveying services. The Waste Transfer Station will greatly reduce the occurrence of windblown litter and debris by allowing garbage to be unloaded inside the transfer station and baled prior to placement into the landfill. The building design has incorporated the use of renewable energy resources available at the landfill including methane gas, solar energy, and wind energy. Mutchler Bartram Architects provided the architectural work for this project.
