Ulteig Engineers provided electrical and civil engineering services for this project that included a new addition for a lobby expansion on the main floor and space on the second floor for city administrative offices and a new city commission chambers. Civil engineering services included site utility, site grading, and site paving design.  Electrical engineering services included design of lighting systems and controls, power distribution equipment, fire alarm system, data and telephone infrastructure, security systems, and audio/visual systems. The project included a new card access and video surveillance system for the civic center and city hall. In addition, the project included a sound system, audio/visual system and local cable television camera and control system for the city commission chambers. Mark Sornsin, of Ulteig Engineers, provided engineering of the fire suppression system, which was extended throughout the majority of the building. The architect on this project was Foss Architects & Interiors.
