Ulteig Engineers was obtained by Otter Tail County to provide engineering services for the reconstruction of County State Aid Highway (CSAH) No. 35 through the City of Underwood. The project entailed the reconstruction of utilities, street, sidewalk, retaining walls, and storm sewer. One unique aspect of this project is that CSAH 35 is also Main Street within the City of Underwood that runs through the heart of their downtown business district. As a result, our staff worked with business owners throughout the design and construction of the project as Ulteig provided preliminary, design, and construction phase services for the project.
