Ulteig Engineers worked with the City of Perham to make underground utility, street, sidewalk, decorative streetscaping, and lighting improvements within their community. The project area included a portion of their downtown business district which required day-to-day communication between Ulteig staff, City staff, and business owners during the reconstruction process to ensure pedestrian and vehicular traffic could access local businesses. Ulteig provided engineering services for all stages of the project from start to finish including assessments.
