This community of over 6,000 is undertaking an ambitious forward thinking approach to their future. They recognized that a comprehensive plan was integral to their economic development and infrastructure growth plans.
This study incorporates land use, transportation, utilities, public facilities, and economic development objectives into a coordinated plan for the physical growth of the community. It uses innovative approaches to public involvement to build community awareness and generate input. The resulting plan will provide a clear strategy of prioritized actions which will allow the community to realize their goals in a cost effective manner.
