Ulteig performed title searches and acquired easements for this 2.8 mile 115 kV transmission line located south of Park Rapids, Minnesota. The route included 1.3 miles of double circuit 115 kV and 34.5 kV along Minnesota State Highway #87, along with 1.5 miles of 115 kV from Highway #87 to the Itasca-Mantrap Electric Cooperative - RDO Substation. Ulteig provided the following services:

• Acquisition of 19 parcels; five of which were for Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, Minnesota Department of Transportation, and Straight River and Hubbard Townships. Acquisition of parcels was completed within six weeks
• Securing tree trimming and tree removal rights along the project corridor
