Ongoing professional development of Ulteig employees benefits everyone,
including the clients we serve. In turn, improving the service we provide to
our clients enables Ulteig to remain competitive in the industry.
Ulteig University
Training for all employees is provided through Ulteig University. Required
courses explain company core values and address legal, regulatory and contractual
requirements. Optional courses are geared toward personal development, general
business and technical education.
Professional Organizations
Conferences, seminars and workshops offered through professional organizations
also contribute to your ongoing education. Ulteig encourages you to participate
in these opportunities.
Tuition Reimbursement
Regular full-time employees attending an accredited university may be
reimbursed as part of Ulteig’s tuition and fee assistance program. Interested
individuals are invited to apply. The employees to receive financial
assistance are selected on an annual basis.
Professional Registration and Licensing
We encourage all eligible employees to obtain the professional license
for their specialty (e.g. EIT, PE, LSIT, PLS) at the earliest opportunity.
Ulteig reimburses employees for fees directly associated with obtaining
professional registrations.
Industry Involvement
Ulteig employees are invited to actively participate in professional
and technical associations. Writing articles for professional magazines
and journals, and participating in professional speaking programs are
additional means for personal and professional growth.
